Email Confirmation /Contract

After you decide to BOOK my services, I will send you a CONFIRMATION EMAIL that serves as my contract for services to be provided at your event. The contract will list all the details about your event that I've collected from you (client), after getting all the answers to my required questions. I will send the email confirmation either the same day or within a couple of days after you advise you want to book me.

Within 24 hours of when I send you the CONFIRMATION EMAIL, you will need to REPLY and AGREE in writing to my terms and conditions outlined in the email contract and confirm the details about your event stated are correct. Also, the BOOKING Fee is due within 24 hours of when I send you the confirmation.  

If you do NOT receive the Confirmation Email after letting me know you want to book me, please check your junk mail folder first, then if it isn't there, send me a text to let me know.  

 

If you do not reply to my confirmation and agree to the terms, or pay the booking fee in the 24 hours, I may need with withdraw my offer to provide services.  I will attempt to contact you first before I would withdraw.

This SAMPLE below is a draft for you to review basic contract wording that includes my terms & conditions, what is expected of you and what I require. I want to make sure we are on the same page about the details of your event so there is no misunderstandings.  The details of your event and some of my conditions and requirements may vary based upon the specifics of your party/event.
